Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”. You have 14 days from the date of purchase (excluding the day of purchase) to request an exchange or return, if the item does not meet your expectations in terms of shape, size, color, or other criteria that prevent its intended use.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused

  • It must be in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and consumer properties intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, please contact us at amazon@bpsknives.com. Please note that shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

If a similar item is not available at the time of return, you can:

  • Choose another product with a price adjustment

  • Request a full refund

  • Wait for the desired item to be back in stock

Damages and Issues

Every knife and accessory is carefully handmade and inspected before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at amazon@bpsknives.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Returns are only accepted for non-food items of proper quality that meet the conditions above. Items that show signs of use or are returned without their original properties cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item, the fastest way is to return it first. Once we confirm the return, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.
